One of the most important decisions that anyone will ever make is that of selecting a home. The home is where lasting memories are formed and the most rewarding experiences occur. It is an investment for the future…. a place of love and security.
Ruth Franke knows that the perfect home goes well beyond the correct number of bedrooms or whether the furniture will fit the space. It goes to those intangibles that magically turn a house into much more…. a sanctuary and a bastion of love and support for the most important people in your lives.
She began her career as a forensic toxicologist, where she learned the importance of details. From there she moved into selling research equipment for the life sciences. This experience enabled her to grow relationships over several years — helping clients reach their goals by listening to and concentrating on meeting their needs.
Ruth has now found a home with the TTR Sotheby’s International Realty family where she has partnered with Tracy Shively, a licensed real estate broker and agent for more than 30 years. Together, they have combined their strengths and experience to help clients find the right house to call a home. Their extensive knowledge of the area’s real estate market also helps clients to efficiently sell their home as their needs change.
Raised in St. Louis, MO, Ruth moved to Northern Virginia in 2002 with her husband and their five girls. She serves on the board of St. Paul’s Preschool in Falls Church, VA and has been an active volunteer for her children’s schools, as well as the Childhelp Alice C. Tyler Village in Lignum, Virginia and SafeSpot Fairfax.
Ruth looks forward to helping you meet your real estate goals, finding you the right home, and showing you the comfort and the magic that this area can provide.
