A proud third-generation Florida native, Falyn earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University, followed by her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law.

After beginning her career as a lawyer in property and construction litigation for a well-respected Florida firm, Falyn transitioned into real estate, where she uses her legal background and negotiation skills to help clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process with confidence and clarity.

Now based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Falyn is a licensed real estate agent in D.C. and a member of the highly respected Shively Team. Falyn is also licensed in Florida and still serves clients in the South Florida area.
